You have already worked within a farm shop/foodhall, and you have a true passion for customer service, but want to develop yourself further both personally and professionally. You are trying to find yourself somewhere that will develop your skills and give you the time to learn even more. Experience in food retail is a must!

What will you be doing?

You will report directly into the Farm Shop Manager, assisting with the management of the department. Working on a wide retail operation and always thinking about where you can help improve your department. You will also be assisting with the ordering of stock.

You will make sure that all staff in your department are aware of the high standards of the Garden Centre and make sure they pass that on with customer service skills as well.

Where will you be doing it?

You will be doing this job in an extremely successful family-run Garden Centre that thrives off not only local customers but traveling ones as well. A centre that covers almost everything you're looking for within a Garden Centre on both the retail front and the plants front as well as the restaurant on site.
