Our client is a leading business is their sector and are looking to hire a Despatch Administrator to join their team to handle day-to-day duties within the Despatch area including communication with customers and hauliers on a daily basis.
Reporting into the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include booking transport, updating stock sheets, dealing with customer orders and queries, attending internal meetings and checking invoices. All of your tasks must be undertaken while adhering to strict Health & Safety, Food Safety and Environmental guidelines and policies.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure, working both as part of a wider team and individually. Experience working within a fresh produce or food manufacturing environment is preferable but not a necessity.
