The role
We are looking for someone to head up a small team of five estate agents. You may already be an experienced team leader or someone looking for the next set in their career. The role offers the opportunity for career progression by continuing the expansion of the existing business and making partner in time.
The candidate
Knowledge of the local market is critical to the role. You will be a natural and confident communicator capable of building relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
Training and mentoring will be given to strengthen any weak points such as high-quality marketing in the digital age.
Previous management experience is desirable.
