About Our Client

Our client is well-known estate including residential properties, arable, livestock, grassland, woodland and a large CSS scheme. They pride themselves on immaculate grounds and are now looking for an Estate Operations Manager to join the team.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of the estate. You will be working closely with a small team of employees, and working with contractors to ensure jobs are done in a timely manner. You will be managing the maintenance of residential properties and agricultural buildings, managing sheep flocks and maintaining the grounds.

The Ideal Candidate

This role is ideal for someone looking to take on a busy role. Covering a broad set of responsibilities, no two days will be the same. You will be a strong communicator and be prepared to be hands on when needs be. You will lead by example and take pride in your work.
