Are you a strong retailer with a passion for horticulture and good knowledge of garden care products? If so, this could be a great opportunity for you. This well-established and forward-thinking business is looking for a Garden Sundries Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of the department and deliver an excellent customer experience.

What will I be doing?
This isn't your typical Garden Sundries Supervisor role. No two days are the same, and you'll enjoy a varied, hands-on position within a large, successful business. You'll be involved in maintaining high retail standards, supporting sales, and ensuring customers receive knowledgeable and friendly service throughout the garden sundries department.

Responsibilities
You'll help supervise a team of up to 4-5 colleagues during peak trading periods, with a smaller team off-season. You'll play a key role in motivating the team, maintaining strong merchandising standards, and supporting the smooth running of the department.

About you
You will have solid retail experience and be ready to take the next step in your career. Supervisory experience is highly advantageous, particularly if gained within a garden centre or a business selling garden care products. Experience with horticultural or garden sundries ranges would be a strong benefit, although further product training can be provided.
