About the Job

Ultimately you will be responsible for all site operations, management of efficient grading, raw material, production, quality, and HSE. You will also be responsible for the P&L of the unit; managing budgetary and cost responsibilities. It is vital that you put people first but also look to add value and set out a clear plan to improve efficiency and output.

They are looking for a down-to-earth, practical, and hands-on professional who has a proactive and pre-emptive attitude. You will demonstrate that you are a natural leader with strong leadership skills.
