General /Site Manager | Fresh Produce | Lancashire

Salary: DOE (but competitive)

We are working very closely with a long standing, family owned business that are looking at how they succession plan and secure the future of the business, by bringing in an indivdual that has a passion for and capacity to take on all areas of business from an Operational front, including Production, Warehouse/Despatch, Transport, HR, etc.

What do you need?

• Experience as a Senior Operations Manager/General Manager within a Food Manufacturing/Fresh Produce production environment, would be great. Overseeing and being capable of managing multiple, complex departments is a must
• A true passion for developing companies and processes for the future would be great.
• If you come from a Fresh Produce background then great, but if not then Food Manufacturing would be great.
• An engaging, people focused and personable management style
