There's no beating around the bush, being a grower can be a repetitive task. However, this business have multiple sites, growing a huge variety of crops throughout the year, so no two days will be the same!

They are looking to continually expand, so if progression is what you're looking for, this is the place to do it.

What will I be doing?

You'll working in a small, close-knit team to cover tasks including pest management, irrigation, and weeding.

Reporting into a highly knowledgeable technical manager, meaning you'll truly get the opportunity to learn.

The sites total over 19 acres which includes indoor and outdoor growing. The business is continually evolving and want you to develop with them.

You'll already have some form of Horticultural knowledge, and be keen to work in a commercial growing environment.

The role is hands-on, outdoors and physical, so you'll be ready to work in the rain.
