About our Client
Do you want the opportunity to work with a well-established and successful grower? Growing on over 50 acres, our client is a well-known rose grower, and they are now on the lookout for an experienced grower manager to join their team.

About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the 50+ acres of growing at the site. You will be managing the team around you daily, to ensure they are working efficiently and remain motivated. You will be crop walking regularly, monitoring for pests and diseases and acting accordingly.

The Ideal Candidate
This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in a commercial growing environment. Rose growing experience isn't essential, but you must have a desire to learn. You will be confident in leading a team and communicating with people daily. PA1 and PA2 are also desirable.
