About The Role

In this role, you will be instrumental in developing a 4-acre site in Warwickshire. You will be responsible for growing high quality crops in a safe environment. You will be monitoring plant health and ensuring pest, diseas and weeds are dealt with promptly. You'll manage a small team and ensure H&S is adhered too at all times.

The Ideal Candidate

This role is ideal for someone with experience in a commercial nursery background, looking to take the next step up. You will be a confident people leader and be excited to develop a busy site.
