Grower/Horticultural Graduate

Our client is an award winning houseplant grower who supplies the major multiples with an extensive range of plants that they produce in volume to the individual customers needs.

Currently they are looking for a grower or horticultural graduate with some basic experience, if possible in protected cropping who has the desire to take on further training and can progress within the commercial horticultural sector.

Candidates must have some pre or post college experience within commercial production if possible and have PA1 & PA6 spray certificates, good plant knowledge, a desire to work in plant production and the capability and aspirations to rise to management within a nursery.
