We are working with a premier tree nursery Hampshire, who are looking for a passionate grower supervisor to join their team. The business is well-known for growing high-quality plants, trees and shrubs and is industry leaders within their sector. They are invested in their environmental management, including the improvement of water management and the reduced use of non-recyclable plastics throughout the growing process.

As a grower supervisor, you will be responsible for running a section of their 600-acre tree nursery. You will be making decisions in the day to day running of the section and ensure that your team are growing the highest quality plants. You will be required to keep the team motived, as well as training new members of staff. You will be happy to support hands-on in tractor driving, spraying and pest and disease monitoring when required.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a large scale, commercial nursery. You'll have worked in a similar role or have some people management experience. You must be passionate about horticulture, hold your spray certificates and ideally have a qualification in horticulture. Previous tree experience is desired, although not essential.
