This family-run business has gone from strength to strength since covid, and with a strong business model and a variety of customers, the only way is up for them.

This supervisory position will see you taking the lead across a busy 4-acre glasshouse site, specialising in bedding production.

You'll already know what this role includes:

Irrigation

P&D management

Crop husbandry…

But, alongside this you'll be managing a team of 16 people, going up in peak. You'll be getting plans for the day sorted, making sure everything is executed and people are motivated.

You'll be reporting directly to the owner of the business, who loves horticulture and is there to support you.

Business is booming, and they have no plans to slow down. They're investing in the nursery, ensuring that they are environmentally friendly and growing peat-free, and diversifying their crop portfolio. All stuff you can get involved in.

You'll already have been working in a nursery and understand the pressures of a busy environment and this is where you thrive.

Your spray certificates? You've got that already.
