About our Client
Our client grows on over 80 acres of prime land near Edinburgh, specialising in high-quality trees. They are focused on quality from the start and so source the best seed available for growing in the UK and grow over 30 million trees a year.

About The Role
In this role, you will support the nursery manager in all aspects of the growing process, from seed to sale. You will be responsible for running the daily operation, ensuring a small team around you are motivated and working efficiently. You will be confident in crop walking, monitoring for pests and diseases and spraying when required.

The Ideal Candidate
Our client is open on what your previous experience might be, whether it be in a commercial nursery, garden centre or other related roles. You must be happy to work outside in all weather conditions and be enthusiastic about growing high-quality crops. For the right person, they will put you through your spray certificates and licences.
