The role:
As Grower Supervisor, you will be responsible for running a section of this 600-acre tree nursery. You will be making decisions in the day to day running of this section and ensure that your team is growing the highest quality plants. You will also be involved in training new members of staff and keeping the team motivated. You may also be involved in some tractor driving and spraying.

The person:
We are looking for an experienced Supervisor who has worked in a similar role before. You will be passionate about horticulture and it is essential that you have worked in a commercial nursery previously. Ideally, you will have worked with trees before and you will have some form of formal education in horticulture.
