Head of Sales | Fresh Produce | Cambridge

We are working with a really impressive business who are offering Fresh Produce businesses the chance to analyse their internal data in a way they haven't been able to do before with a new software platform. The business is looking to strengthen their Sales Team with the appointment of a Head of Sales.

About the Job:-
You will be working closely with CEO of the business, highlighting the best potential clients and approaching them with options that create a win-win scenario for both businesses. You will be working with their potential customers to help them understand the benefits of the system and how it can ultimately help them improve their efficiencies, reporting and profitability.

The Ideal Candidate:-
You will ideally be a Commercial Manager within the Fresh Produce sector, likely working for or having worked with one of the larger Produce growers. You will have the ability to talk to the businesses about the challenges they face and how the software they have developed can help them to address these challenges. You will ideally be commutable to the Cambridge area, but actually their will be good flexibility for the right person so you won't need to be in the office 5 days a week.
