We are currently partnering with the Isle of Man Creamery to find a head of sales. Living on the Isle of Man has loads of potential for an outdoor lifestyle near the sea, as well as taking ~75%+ of your salary home and paying lower tax rates than the mainland.

And the transport links to the Isle of Man might make this easier than you think. There are regular flights and ferries to get back to the mainland when required.

The role itself will be varied and hands-on. You'll be dealing with a variety of channels, including retailers, export, distributors and sales on the Isle of Man (via a direct report).

The team is well established, with many team members having been with the business for decades. They look after their people, and it shows.

You will form part of the SLT and play a big part in the future of the business and its strategy. You can play a bigger part in the success of the company.
