The business we are recruiting for has moved into a fantastic purpose-built building in Peterborough and with the business doing very well through the last 18 months.......yes even with covid......they are expanding at a rate of notes, and so are looking to bring ambitious people on board to help out with the Operational support.

About the Job

Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will provide administrative support for the Operational/Health & Safety team. You will help maintain all relevant documentation and records, help develop existing systems, and ensure that H&S (Health & Safety) compliance around documentation is upheld when it comes to facilities and contractors. Although this role is admin-focused, this role will allow you to get out and about throughout the business, helping with site tours and new starter inductions.

The Ideal Candidate

As I mentioned at the start, the ideal individual will have a real interest in Health & Safety, whilst being eager to provide support and administrative assistance to the Operations and Health & Safety teams. Having administrative experience within an Operational setting, whether that be Production or Warehouse, would be ideal. Ambition will not be held back either within this business.....they actually want people on board that want to learn, grow and develop the business further.
