HR Manager

We are currently with a global privately owned holding company of meat processors that services the retail and food service industries.

They are now seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join their team and lead human resources initiatives at one of their sites.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a challenging environment, possess strong leadership skills, and have a proven track record in managing HR functions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of three HR professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative working environment.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and plan for future talent requirements.
  • Oversee performance management processes, providing guidance to managers on performance reviews, goal setting, and career development.
  • Collaborate with senior management to understand business goals and ensure HR initiatives support organizational success.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, staying up-to-date on changes and implementing necessary adjustments.


  • Proven experience in HR management, with a focus on team leadership.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • CIPD Level 5 or higher
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
