Are you an experienced HR Manager looking for a new challenge where you can influence a new culture and growth? Do you have knowledge of the agriculture industry? Can you manage dual sites and work closely with senior staff?

A fresh produce distributor with dual sites in the Cambridgeshire and Norfolk area are looking for a new HR Manager to join their business, someone who is forward-thinking, enjoys a challenge and is looking to implement change.

In this role you will be responsible for providing full generalist HR advice and support service to the business, ensuring HR best practice is always followed, and the department continually improves. As well as, assisting with and improving, communication across the business, including attending monthly shop-floor briefings, and updating the Intranet, website, and notice boards, ensuring messages are timely, fresh and up to date. You will be key to employee relations and ensuring that you are a sounding board for all members of staff.

To be the right for this position you will need to be an experience HR candidate with relevant CIPD qualifications. Experience or knowledge of the agricultural space is important, alongside the ability to deal with a range of challenging tasks on a day-to-day basis. Solid communication and motivation skills are a must.
