About Our Client

I am working with an incredibly well-established business in the Chester area, who are looking for an interim solution, to fill a Head of Operations position. The business has recently gone through some impressive growth and is taking on new contracts regularly, whilst also supplying some of the largest UK Supermarkets with high-quality products.

About the Job

As an Interim, you will be expected to hit the ground running and be able to pick up where prior individuals have left things. Being able to start the ball rolling on development and process driving, it will be important to liaise with the current General Manager and Departments to ensure effective management and progression.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will have vast experience in the Food Manufacturing industry, within an Interim capacity. Having a proven track record of initial improvements and progression would be ideal and desirable.
