About The Role
Reporting to the farm manager, you will be responsible for supporting the irrigation across over 100Ha of fruit growing. You will be supervising a small team and supporting all aspects of growing high-quality crops.

The Ideal Candidate
This role is ideal for someone looking to get stuck into a role with lots of training and development on offer. You will have some form of growing experience, but we are open to what this looks like. A passion for learning is essential as there are many opportunities to develop a career.
