About our Client

A very well established business who hold a real presence in the area. They currently supplier products to some of the UK's leading supermarkets and retailers and have gone through an incredibly busy/successful Christmas period.

About the Job

As 1st/2nd line Support, you will be readily available to liaise and help resolve any IT issues that may occur across the site. With the environment being fast-paced and any issues causing significant impact to the business, you will need to prioritise your workflow, whilst also completing tasks in a timely manner to ensure any delays are minimised and deliver a secure and stable IT infrastructure

The Ideal Candidate

The successful individual must have excellent telephone and face to face communication skills. They must be well organised and have the ability to prioritise and structure their own workload. Individuals must have a good general knowledge of IT systems along with a basic understanding of PC hardware set up, configuration, networking concepts and troubleshooting. Experience working with ERP systems would beneficial.
