About our Client

Our client is a very successful and long-standing business and is one of the largest producers of ornamentals in the UK. They have an extensive network and are now needing someone to support them in the growing part of their business.

About the Role

The successful Candidate will assist in the production and growing of Perennials on site reporting directly into the Site Manager and joining a small established team, daily tasks will include all cultural tasks such as trimming, pinching and spacing and will encompass P&D management and irrigation control.

About the Candidate

PA1/3 certification is preferred but not essential and the client is happy to train the right person who wishes to develop their growing skills / experience. This role will involve seasonal pressures. When they are busy and during peak periods additional hours will need to worked.
