Salary: £40k-£43k
Hours: Mon-Fri (alternate weekends)

About Our Client

A Fresh Produce business that is going through an exciting journey with its team. They currently process high-quality Fresh Produce for some of the Major UK Supermarkets.

About the Job

You will be accountable for providing first-class maintenance/engineering service to the business and ensuring pack house machinery and facilities are always operational and efficient, with minimum downtime and structured PPM activity.

You will work closely with the General Manager of the site, to ensure the Production facility is aligned and moving forward with the business needs and plans.

The Ideal Candidate

You will ideally be a Multi-skilled Engineer and ideally with a proven track record in the food or fresh produce industry. It would be ideal that you have to lead a team of Engineers previously or have a real ambition to take that next step forward.

You will have a can-do attitude and be keen to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in with helping out the business on all levels, gaining the buy-in of team members around you.
