Maintenance Manager | Fresh Produce
Our client is one of the leaders in supplying fresh produce to the major supermarkets, independent retailers, wholesalers and the food manufacturing sector.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Manager to be part of this extremely well established company, leading a team of skilled engineers and coordinating their front line requirements.
You will lead the engineering shift teams to maintain and improve manufacturing infrastructure and support the delivery of manufacturing plans in the most efficient manner. You will be responsible for providing leadership and direction, allowing the team to reach their potential and to drive the business forward.

To be a successful candidate you will have a proven track record of fulfilling an Engineering Management function within a Fresh Produce or Food Manufacturing environment.
You will need to be comfortable with making difficult decisions, building engaging and inspiring your team and aiming to exceed the targets set.
You should be IOSH Certified and have an understanding of how to get the best out of your team. Ideally from an Engineering background you will have a passion to drive change and excel throughout, ensuring the highest of standards are met throughout the whole maintenance team.
