Title: Marketing Officer - FMCG
Salary: £45,000
Location: Bracknell
Working Pattern: Hybrid - 2 days WFH - occasional travel to other sites

We're looking for a Marketing Officer to join a well-known global food business, supporting brand and product activity across fresh and packaged food categories in the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a few years' experience in marketing, sales, or trade marketing-ideally within food or FMCG-who's looking to take the next step in their career. You'll be part of a collaborative team, working closely with senior marketing leaders to deliver impactful campaigns and innovation projects.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting NPD and brand management across multiple categories

• Helping to deliver in-store visibility and activation plans

• Coordinating packaging, supply, and cross-functional teams on projects

• Assisting with local consumer activities such as promotions, sponsorships, and ambassador campaigns

• Supporting advertising, social media, and digital activity alongside creative agencies

• Helping to gather and report on consumer and market insights

• Providing marketing support for sales teams (e.g. trade presentations)

• Assisting with budget tracking and administration
  
  

What we're looking for

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

• Around 3 years' experience in marketing, trade marketing, or sales (food/FMCG preferred)

• Familiarity with the UK retail environment

• A proactive, organised approach and ability to manage multiple projects

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
