National Account Manager

What Can I Expect?

You'll be managing and growing one of their fruit categories. It's fast-paced, seasonal, occasionally chaotic - and that's half the fun. You'll need to be organised, commercially aware and able to juggle multiple customer demands without losing track of what actually matters.

What Do I Need?

Fresh produce experience helps, but it's not essential. What is essential is some background in retail account management - and the drive to keep pushing forward. You'll get coaching, development, and the chance to work with people who genuinely want you to progress and there's a clear development plan to get you where you want to be.
