This is a brilliant opportunity to take ownership of a high-potential Southeast territory, growing established customers while developing new opportunities across a diverse account base. No two days are the same - fence panels one meeting, posh sheds the next!

The Role

As Regional Sales Executive, you will:

  • Manage and grow existing Trade & Garden Centre accounts.
  • Build strong commercial relationships - long-term partnership selling.
  • Achieve sales targets across a wide account base - you won't get bored.
  • Ensure product ranges, POS and merchandising are on point in store.
  • Work closely with National Accounts to support activations and campaigns.
  • Keep CRM and reporting up to date - planning your own diary effectively.
  • Attend occasional shows, sales meetings, and trade events throughout the year.

You'll be supported by a highly experienced leadership team, strong marketing department, and office-based colleagues who help keep things moving.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in Builders' Merchants OR Garden Centre channels.
  • A natural communicator with solid negotiation skills.
  • Organised and commercially aware - can manage volume accounts effectively.
  • Confident presenting products and solutions to trade customers.
  • Self-motivated with the drive to hit targets and boost territory performance.
  • Open to learning; full training provided on products and systems.
