National Account Manager - Driscoll's

MorePeople is proud to be recruiting exclusively on behalf of Driscoll's, the global leader in premium berries. We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven National Account Manager to manage and grow a major national retail account.
In this role, you will:
Own day-to-day account operations, including order management, performance reporting, and issue resolution.
Deliver sales, volume, and budget targets in line with agreed account plans.
Lead pricing and volume negotiations, ensuring optimal results and clear justification.
Collaborate across supply chain, packaging, category, finance, and grower teams to align demand and supply.
Support private label growth and the potential launch of Driscoll's branded products, using data and insights to drive category-led decisions.
Work from the office 4 days per week, with flexibility to travel within and outside the UK as needed.
About You:
Commercial or customer-facing experience, ideally at National Account Manager level.
Experience with retailers; knowledge of fresh produce is advantageous.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Confident communicator with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
Proactive, flexible, and self-motivated with a "can-do" attitude.
Passion for food and fresh produce, openness to learning, and willingness to travel.
