About the Job

As the national farm manager, you will oversee a number of sites with a focus on growing the crop. Utilizing a team of 15 people and a vision to grow this to 30 people over time. Predominantly focusing on the growing of high-quality vegetables you will be able to communicate across the team and be highly organized. The correct approach to work and teamwork is more important than previous vegetable growing experience but is desirable. Some funded travel will be required across the season but based out of Shropshire.

The Ideal Candidate

Someone comfortable leading a team of up to 30 people or a positive approach to taking on a new challenge. Capable of managing tractor drivers, mechanics, spray operators etc. while liaising with landowners, ensuring a positive end to end experience for both the landowner and company. After that, all you need to do is worry about the great British weather!
