Some of their customers include landscaping contractors, local authorities, grounds maintenance contractors, landscape architects and designers, construction companies, and nurseries.

About The Role
In this role, you will be instrumental in developing the brand-new nursery site. You will have overall responsibility for the operation, working to and planning budgets, recruiting a team, and ensuring health and safety is continually adhered to. Growing high-quality stock will form a major part of the role, and you will be regularly crop walking to ensure trees, shrubs and hedging are growing as required.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in a commercial nursery background, looking to take the next step up. You will be a confident people leader and be excited to develop a brand-new growing site.
