We are working with a successful business that is looking for a nursery manager to join their thriving team.

About our Client
Our client is a successful online garden centre that sells a huge variety of plants, sundries, and garden accessories. They have recently taken over a new growing site and are looking for a nursery manager to join the team.

About the Role
In this position, you will have overall responsibility for the growing operation on this 6-acre site. You will be focused on pest and disease monitoring, irrigation, and crop husbandry. Plant passports, crop spacing, and stock management will also fall into your remit. You will be responsible for a small team, ensuring they are focused on producing plants to the highest quality.

The Ideal Candidate
This business strives to offer the best product for its customers so a passion for horticulture and growing high-quality crops is essential. You will have previously worked in a commercial nursery environment and be confident in all aspects of crop growth. PA1 and PA6 are desirable, and you will ideally have a qualification in horticulture.
