We are excited to be working with a commercial grower, who are on the lookout for a nursery manager to join their team due to continued growth.

About our Client

Do you want the opportunity to work with a well-established and successful grower? Growing on over 50 acres of protected and outdoor growing, they are now on the lookout for an experienced grower manager to join their team.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the 50+ acres of growing at the site. The people management side of the role will play a vital part, and you will be ensuring the team in growing, despatch and quality are working efficiently. You will be crop walking regularly, monitoring for pests and diseases and acting accordingly.

The Ideal Candidate

This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in a commercial growing environment, we are open on what crop this is. You will be confident in leading a team and communicating with people daily. PA1 and PA2 are also desirable.
