Operations Factory Manager | Fresh Produce

A well respected and innovative business is looking for a senior Operations Factory Manager to lead their team across three sites. Reporting into the Head of Ops, you will be responsible for ensuring process and packing areas are all managed in accordance with the company policies and standards.

With experience of leading a large operation within a food manufacturing or fresh produce environment, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe use of facilities and equipment, as well the efficiency and quality of the production. Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and GMP standards are essential.
