Our client, is a well-established business, providing a high-quality product to leading UK Supermarkets. This business, have several sites across the UK and so boast a real presence in their market space.

About the Job

As a Packhouse trainer, you will work closely with the internal HR team to provide staff inductions across the workforce. You will provide relevant and needed training to all current and new staff, to ensure the standard of work, meets the requirements. You will also ensure that all SOP's are maintained, relevant and comply with current regulations.

The Ideal Candidate

Ideally, you will have been a site trainer, Packhouse trainer or Operations trainer in the Food or Fresh Produce industries, with the understanding of the requirements for this position and what it takes to provide a high level of training to staff members. You will be approachable, provide high-level communication and be able to provide adapted training to meet the requirements of the individual.
