About Our Client

Our client is an established plant nursery that prides itself in excellent customer service and high-quality stock. Established by a couple of passionate horticulturalists, they grow a huge range of stock on-site and open to sell to the public. They also offer a delivery service to the local surroundings.

About the Role

In this role, you will focus on providing excellent customer service. Your knowledge of plants and strong communication skills will mean you are able to provide expert advice to customers. You will be able to support with the upkeep of the plants, monitoring for pests and diseases, watering and weeding as appropriate. You will also support the deliveries to local customers when required.

The Ideal Candidate

You will have a passion for horticulture and have previously worked in a commercial nursery, or garden centre environment. A driving licence is essential, as you will be supporting the delivery driving aspect of the business. You will be comfortable working outdoors and in all weather conditions. You will be confident in managing a small team daily and working weekends.
