About the job

As Hardy Plant Team Leader, you will be assisting the running of the Hardy area as well as the small team around you. Your main focus should be the customers and making sure you are meeting their expectations while driving sales and profitability.

Ideal candidate

You will preferably come from a Garden Centre retail background with a creative side. You will also have an understanding of how plants need to be looked after as you will be assisting with the hardy plant area while also offering advice to your customers. You will need to be comfortable in team management as you will be assisting with the managing of a small team.
