Our client is a family-owned business, providing a huge range of fantastic products. They have a great including indoor and outdoor plant area, sundries department and giftware. They are now looking for a passionate candidate with strong horticulture knowledge to join their successful team.

About the Role

As Plant Manager, you will be responsible for watering and maintain all the indoor and outdoor plant stock. You will be able to look at trends and previous sales to decide on the best stock to order and merchandise. You will be a confident team leader and be passionate about developing the team around you. Horticulture knowledge is essential, and you will want to use this to create vibrant displays and maintain and sell top-quality products.

The Ideal Candidate

You will have a passion for plants and able to use your knowledge to develop an efficient department. You will ideally have a qualification in horticulture and be confident in working with a variety of indoor and outdoor plants. Communication will be your strong point, and you will be happy working with customers and be the daily point of call for the team around you.
