About the Job

You will manage and drive a dedicated team to deliver the highest level of production to fulfill the daily plan. Needless to say, you will be responsible for KPI's and OEE of the operational process whilst delivering on 5s, Hygiene, and H&S standards. You will be responsible for c50-70 individuals, so experience overseeing decent-sized teams would be great.

The Ideal Candidate

It is essential that you as a manager, have a proven track record of Production / Operations within a fast-paced, short shelf-life environment, knowledge of lean methods, and come with a flexible, positive and proactive approach.
It is also highly desirable that you come with some sort of project management and or experience of bedding in new machinery or new equipment.
