Production Supervisor

A well respected and innovative business is looking for a Production Supervisor to join their team in Arundel. Reporting into the Shift Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring process, assembly and packing areas are all managed in accordance with the company policies and standards.

With experience working within a food manufacturing, fresh produce or FMCG environment, you will be responsible for supporting the Area Team Leaders, ensuring the safe and legal use of facilities and equipment, as well the safety, legality and quality of the products. Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and GMP standards are essential.

To excel in this role, you must be a strong team leader with good communication skills and the ability to delegate where necessary. You will have the ability and passion to mentor, develop and train all staff members to ensure the ever growing success of the business. Alongside this you must have a continuous improvement mind set and be able to work efficiently to tight deadlines.
