Production Supervisor | Food | Derbyshire

Salary - £13.26ph (c£27k)
Hours: 40hrs pw

This is a great opportunity at a hugely well regarded business and ambitious food manufacturers who supply to many of the UK's hospitality sector. Plenty may have changed in the business since their humble beginnings as a small business made up a several families in the 70'S notwithstanding the huge recent growth, and now being part of a large global group, who have great plans for the overall stategy and future of the business.

You will manage and drive a dedicated team to deliver the highest level of production to fulfil the daily plan. Needless to say, you will be responsible for KPI's and OEE of the operational process whilst delivering on 5s, Hygiene and H&S standards.

It is essential that you are a proven manager/supervisor who has a proven track record of Produciton / Operations within a fast paced, short shelf-life food environment, knowledge of lean methods and come with a flexible, positive and proactive approach.
