About Our Client

Our Client is a household name, who have recently developed their business and opened a brand new site to help with their growing and ever-progressive business.

About the Job

Covering either an early shift or a late shift, you will be responsible for the overall production lines within the site. Overseeing the performance of a team, whilst always ensuring Health & Safety and efficiencies are being met. With the stage they are at, you will report to the Plant/Site Manager.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal individual, as I have mentioned, will ideally come from Food or Fresh Produce and understand how to manage a team within that type of business. A flexible, hard working and understanding individual is vital. With the business where they are in their journey, the successful individual will be able to make a real impact within this position, however, will need to do so with the business's needs in mind.
