About Our Client

We are excitedly helping recruit for an established Fresh Produce business based near Ardee, Leinster. They produce some of the highest quality products within their specialism. Steeped in history, the business has developed their business from the ground up and now looking to kick on even further.

About the Role

When it comes to the day-to-day as a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for areas of the Production facility. You will lead and manage a team of individuals, ensuring that production and operations are running efficiently and effectively. You will ensure that KPI performance is maintained and adhered to. You will also be a point of contact with the individuals, for any disciplinary actions that may need to be escalated.

The Ideal Candidate

Ideally, you will have several years of experience in a similar environment under your belt. You will have a proven track record of managing KPI's and be able to communicate effectively the needs of the business and operation. A positive mentality is vital and the ability to think on your feet and be adaptable is essential. It's desirable that you have experience with ERP Systems/Prophet, but not essential. Experience with Forklifts/Pallet Trucks along with HEalth & Safety regulations around this environment will be advantageous.
