About the Job

As Production Supervisor, you will report into the Packhouse Manager. You will be responsible for around 5 direct reports, overseeing the smooth and efficient running of the production lines. You will be responsible for the making sure, that Health and Safety regulations are complied with. As Production Supervisor, you will also be integral to the improvement of the operation, but trying to reduce wastage and improving efficiencies.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal individual will have experience or understanding of the fast-paced nature of the Fresh Produce industry. The individual will be adaptive, flexible and a strong team player. All characteristics that allow the operation to run smoothly and KPI's to be met. They will have proven experience of mentoring and leading a team along with experience of Health and Safety regulations.
