About Our Client

Our client is a specialist Horticulture business who are committed to supplying an excellent standard of product to the sector in the UK. Although well established, they are also a growing business who frequently invest into both people and process and make customer service a real priority.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for a small team of 2-3 operatives and will be expected to maintain good communication and working relationships with all the production and despatch teams. They will also become competent with the equipment operation and drive the carriers and operate the shuttles. Ensuring products meet customer requirement is a high priority alongside maintaining the smooth running of equipment during the process.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful applicant will have previous experience of working with production machinery. They will also have mechanical knowledge and understanding with a willingness to learn more and develop their skills in their position. A good understanding of both written and spoken English is required.
