About the Role

You will be assisting the production manager in ensuring the efficient operation of the production lines and production operations. Supervising a small team to ensure all required standards and production targets are being maintained and be able to uphold a 'Clean as you go' policy among your team.

The Ideal Candidate

You will be able to meet deadlines, whilst maintaining a positive attitude and good communication skills within your team. The ideal candidate will have had previous experience in working in a Line Leader or have Team Leader experience. Ideally you would have at least 1 years' experience in a similar role within a food production or have worked in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
