I am working exclusively with a full-scale, energy-saving, B-Corp-certified, sustainably powered food production company pioneering new and innovative growing solutions. On a mission to transform the way food is grown and consumed!

What you will do

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the full project life cycle, from design and procurement to construction and commissioning
  • Coordinating and overseeing the work of multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Ensuring the projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards
  • Monitoring and reporting on the project's progress, risks, issues, and performance
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external parties, and providing regular updates and feedback
  • Identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement and innovation

What you will need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience, with at least 5 years in a project management role
  • A proven track record of delivering projects with a value of + £10 million and managing and overseeing the budget of the projects
  • A strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
