Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the management of our client's diverse property portfolio, primarily located in Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire.

As the Property Manager, your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including tenant management, lease agreements, estate management, and development projects.

Main Responsibilities

  • Handle general estate management matters under the direction of the Head of Property.
  • Oversight of the management of tenants including sourcing suitable tenants and ensuring referencing and right-to-rent checks are completed. Ensuring a smooth handover of property to new tenants. Ensuring a smooth end of the tenancy process.
  • Assisting in the development and delivery the leisure offerings across the estate
  • Overseeing smaller development projects, reporting to the Renovation and Development manager
  • Schedule, coordinate, and supervise the daily activities of internal and external site operatives. Organize and plan day-to-day operations of the housekeeping team.


  • Willingness to travel between properties and maintain a hands-on approach
  • MRICS/FAAV qualification - desirable
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar property management position
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Proactive and flexible approach to work, with a willingness to take ownership of tasks.
