About Our Client

We are working with a fresh produce supplier, that has fresh fruit coming in from around the world. They have invested heavily in the site and have a vacancy on an FTC for 1 year.

About the Job

As QA Assistant you will ensure the pack house is packing all fruits to customer specifications, you will assist with the development of new packing processes and quality management procedures. You will liaise with production management and ensure that all procedures are being followed as required and all staff trained appropriately. You will support the QA manager and QA supervisors where required. You will complete intake quality assessments when required and send reports to suppliers daily.

The Ideal Candidate

This will suit a fresh produce QC \ QA with a proven experience working within a fresh produce environment ideally fruit. Knowledge of HACCP and sampling practices

Excellent communication at all levels. Able to manage and work effectively within a busy team. Good IT skills. Full driving licence and car. Flexible working shifts
